Riverside Grouse Creek Inn

Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

Relax on the Eagle River in Eagle-Vail

Private studio on the Eagle River surrounded by massive pine trees. Private entrance and a deck overlooking the river with table, chairs and a Weber grill. Stairs to a private propane fire pit on the river. Free parking. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit. Located in Eagle-Vail, an area between Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts. An 18 hole golf course runs through the community. Few minutes walk to the Highway 6 bus stop. The bus is free. Five minute drive to Beaver Creek and 10 min to Vail.

Nature and wild life brings beauty to your experience It is very peaceful here and as secluded as you want it to be, yet conveniently located near to everything you might need. To keep the place to its intended quietude and spaciousness, the max occupancy is for 2 guests ONLY. Please note : during winter season ie when the mountain opens till closing day , there is a 4 night minimum stay. Summer time is 3 nights minimum. (June-Sep)

One of the most photographed properties in town. This fun, funky, artsy, location took 7 years to build using mostly reclaimed material. Feel like a local when you stay in Frisco's finest. This 400 sq/ft studio is on the 2nd floor and sleeps 2-3 with full bath, kitchenette and shared deck.

Down a few steps to an intimate deck area & then a few more steps to the entry into the open floor plan that is light and airy. The Gondola Getaway is well-equipped for relaxing and enjoying a mountain retreat. There is a reserved parking space next to the building.

Edwards apartment, eight minutes from Beaver Creek

The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
