A cozy cabin nestled in the woods a perfect getaway for a peaceful stay still close to town. We encourage our guest to take a walk around our property to see our longhorn cows, goats and kune kune pigs. Our pigs love to visit with our guests and we feel you will as well. Lone Star Cabin

Take it easy at the Lone Star Cabin. This cabin is located in northeast Texas in a country setting only 10 minutes from Interstate 30 in New Boston and 20 minutes from Texarkana. If you’re just passing through or needing a get a way this cabin is sure to meet your needs. 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath and fully stocked kitchen. The sofa has a full size bed and loft has a twin futon mattress. There is also a washer and dryer. Outside there is a sitting area with fire pit and a charcoal grill.

Tiny house located only 20 minutes south of Broken Bow Lake, Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park. Quiet community, no dirt road, good parking. Sleeps 4 guest, with a queen bed in bedroom and a queen air mattress available for use on floor. Large tv with Roku, WiFi available. Refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, and induction hotplate with cookware for light cooking. Charcoal grill outside. Parking space for boat and trailers. All pets must be crated if left unattended.

It's a short 20 minute drive from Beavers Bend State Park, 10 minutes from Mountain Fork River and 6 minutes from Glover River and 35 minutes from Pine Creek. An abundance of privacy, minimal traffic, quick and easy access to all nearby attractions and all of the amenities for a comfy quiet stay.

You will love the country setting just far enough out of town to feel adventurous but close enough to amenities. Located 3.3 miles North of the Clarksville Country Club. An easy drive to Broken Bow Lake/Hochatown. Located 5.6 miles North on 37 from the Northeast Texas Trail Bike Path. The North Woods Store and Cafe open next door for Breakfast and Lunch.

Nettles Nest Country Inn

Nettles Nest is a rustic cabin nestled in the piney woods of northeast Texas in the small town of Redwater, just outside of Texarkana. It is located on a 5 acre lake. It's a great place to unplug. No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.
