This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

Our cozy cottage is just steps from Judds Peak and 2 miles from downtown, where there is always food and fun! The Gorge Zipline is located in our quaint little town and the Green River has hiking, tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing! Come relax and enjoy some time off in this lovely comfortable suite. Enjoy the city in a short drive and relax in the peaceful little town of Arden to wind down the afternoons and evenings. This place is central to city life and nature hikes or beautiful waterfall trails. It’s located 3.7 miles from Asheville Airport and Agricultural center. Also only 22 min from the infamous Biltmore Estate. There is lots to love about our city! Come relax in a nice comfortable space while you explore!

Comfortable AVL retreat with hot tub+fireplace!

Inviting and comfortable 3 BR, 2 BA home close to the NC Arboretum and Parkway entrance. Some of the best mountain biking and hiking in the southeast are located just minutes away - Approx. 5 minutes to Bent creek forest and 35 minutes to DuPont . The entrance to the Biltmore estate is approx. 20 minutes away. 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville. The house is in a very quiet/safe neighborhood. Easy interstate access. It has Parking for approximately 4 cars. Easy keypad entry.

This newly constructed, Scandinavian inspired home makes you feel like you've gotten away from it all, while only being 12 minutes from downtown Asheville. Relax in the hot tub on the deck surround by the mountain laurel canopy, snuggle up by the fireplace and watch a movie, or just bathe in the forest through the floor to ceiling windows while you take your coffee in bed.
