Kick back and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. While not a literal treehouse, this home is perched in a canopy of trees that borders a peaceful hillside. This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Warm wood details, high-end mattresses, and a sprawling back deck made for dining and lounging. Step out the front door onto the Boggy Creek greenbelt and walk to Austin's best tacos and coffee.

Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

This private modern cabin offers 350 sq ft with a queen bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, and cozy living space. Enjoy a shared pool, walking trails, disc golf, seasonal orchard, and visits with goats, chickens, emus, and roaming deer. Quiet, private, and surrounded by nature, yet close to Austin’s dining, music, and nightlife.

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
