We were warmly welcomed in this beautiful house with the most amazing view 🤩 the communication was super easy and responsive and the owner and everyone are wonderful people! Even helped us out with some olive oil and other things - thank you! :) The place is new, very modern, super clean and spacious, one of the best we have ever been to! Beds very comfortable. And very quiet to get good rest! It is just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean, a beautiful beach!! and we have been on cool hikes in the area, a beautiful one right along the coast and - there is even one starting right behind the house!! We even took the owners amazing dog with us :) We had sunny weather our entire stay and the ocean was warm, amazing weather here even in the end of October! It was perfect to spend time on the balcony, sunshine until midday around this time year. Good WiFi if you want to remote work. We highly recommend!

Een prachtig mooi huis, rustig gelegen op een half uurtje rijden van Athene maar dichtbij is een super gezellig plein met supermarkt en restaurantjes heel leuk! We werden ontvangen door de dochter van de eigenaar. Suoer aardig ze gaf ons tips en leidde ons rond. We hebben ons als een miljonair gevoeld echt geweldig. Prachtig zwembad, tennisbaan, zeer sfeervol, super groot alles ik er. Echt een hele mooie tijd gehad en het uitzicht is onvergetelijk! Deze hele reis en dit huis vergeten we nooit! Dankjewel!

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο, μεγάλο με άνετους χώρους παντού και φουλ εξοπλισμένο. Έχει έναν καταπληκτικό κηπο, τεράστια βεράντα με πολύ δροσιά. Πεντακάθαρα όλα! Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι, φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Από τις καλύτερες διαμονές που έχουμε κάνει, το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Πολύ φιλική η Φαίη που μας κατατόπισε στο χώρο και διατεθειμένη να επικοινωνήσει το οποιοδήποτε θέμα προέκυπτε άμεσα. Θα επέλεγα ξανά την τοποθεσία για διαμονή!

Let me first say, if you have kids, this is your place! I always have a hard time finding the perfect place for my kids and this is definitely the spot! A FULL toy/play room, basketball court outside, soccer goals, outdoor play place - what more could you want???? Very peaceful, yet still close (driving) to great restaurants. I highly recommend, especially if you have a family!

Nikos rendkívül kedves, figyelmes vendéglátó. Látszott hogy minden vendéget felkészülten várnak. Rugalmas volt és bármi kérdésünk/ kérésünk volt azonnal segítségünkre volt. A szálláshely 3 szuper nagy tengerre néző terasszal rendelkezik, megfelelő méretűek a szobák, nagyon jól felszerelt a konyha, sok fürdőszoba találhaó benne. 5 fős családként nyaraltunk itt, de még két főnek és nagyon kényelmes. A háztól egy órán belül elérhető Athén, Attica déli sarka és Nea Makri is. A könyékbeli strand is megfelelő, de érdemes a többi közeli strandot és felfedezni. Ajánljuk :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kostis’ Mediterranean-style villa in Nea Makri. The home and property were absolutely beautiful—charming, spacious, and surrounded by the natural beauty of the area. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Kostis’ lovely mother greeted us with such warmth, which made the experience even more special. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or unwinding after a day of exploring, it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking to experience the best of Greek hospitality. Thank you for everything, Kostis!

We had an amazing stay at Leeann's Villa. It was perfect for me and my friends celebrating my birthday in Greece. The Villa was beautiful and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Leeann's place and would love to come back with our family.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Ma Maison and hope to see you soon!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Christina is a wonderful host and such a kind and nice person. The house was amazing and clean, we were there with small children and everything we needed was there. We rented a car at the airport and in 20 minutes we were at the house. The pool and garden were perfect for ourselves and the kids as well. We will definitely come here again !

The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

Wir waren über Weihnachten in der Unterkunft. Zoe hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und die Wohnung weihnachtlich geschmückt. Auch sonst hat er auf alle Anfragen reagiert und geholfen. Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit genügend Platz, kurzem Weg zum Meer und dem kleinen Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum Flughafen sind es entspannte 20 Minuten und bis zu einer günstig gelegenen Metro Station (Nomismatokopio) nach Athen sind es ca 40 Minuten. Ich könnte es mir auch gut für den Sommer vorstellen.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Xαρα not only opens her house for her guests, but she opens her heart. Her hospitality is undisputable- from the very early welcoming throughout the whole stay; whatever is needed, she will provide her guidance or assistance. Meanwhile, she highly respects guests’ privacy and pays the right attention. The house is beautiful. Everything is well organized and convenient. We were family of six (2 adults and 4 children) and felt absolutely wonderful.

Super vacances, les hôtes sont réactives et prêtes à aider en cas de besoin. La maison est spacieuse et accueillante, tout était parfait. Si vraiment on devait chipoter, je dirais que la maison est vraiment très sombre. En dehors de ça, rien à dire !

Wir fanden es hier wirklich toll! Alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Tolle Ausstattung und elegant eingerichtet. Und wurden nach einer Woche sogar frische Handtücher angeboten. Man braucht am besten ein Auto um viel erkunden zu können, aber man kommt auch zu Fuß an alles was man braucht, inklusive beach Clubs im Sommer. Leider war es noch zu kalt im april um den Pool zu genießen. Aber der ist wirklich schön und super gepflegt. Eine kleine Warnung, an der Einfahrt gibt es ein paar ungesicherte Stufen. Für fitte junge Menschen kein Problem, für Kinder oder ältere Menschen jedoch potentiell etwas gefährlich, meine Schwiegermutter hat sich hier ihr Bein gebrochen. Aber die Gastgeber sind toll damit umgegangen, haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt ihre Hilfe angeboten. Wir waren nur zu dritt somit haben wir die untere Souterrain Wohnung nur manchmal zum duschen genutzt. Alles in allem genau wie erwartet und bis auf den Unfall hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Airbnb und sind dankbar!

Η Villa Fanis Summer House είναι υπέροχη. Είναι πλήρως οργανωμένη, πολύ καθαρή και διαθέτη υπέροχο κήπο με πισίνα και μπάρμπεκιου όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Οι οικοδεσπότες, Γιώργος και Ηλίας, είναι εξαιρετικοί, ευγενέστατοι, πολύ φιλικοί και ανταποκρίνονται αμέσως σε κάθε αίτημα. Η villa φιλοξένησε την οικογένεια μου καθώς παντρεύτηκα στην περιοχή και δεν θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε κάνει καλύτερη επιλογή. Ηλία και Γιώργο σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία και θα τα ξαναπούμε στο μέλλον!

Our stay at this beautiful Villa was absolutely amazing. The host could not have been more pleasant and helpful before and during our stay. The location was perfect for our stay and close to the Athens airport but felt like you were on an island. Just far enough outside of Athens for an easy day trip to the city. And close enough to catch and early flight for a day trip to Santorini. The pool and the outside area was beautiful just like the photos. The villa was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to markets, beach and restaurants. There were 9 of us total and we had an amazing visit all around. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a visit to the Artemida area. 5 stars all the way and we really hope to return one day soon!!
