Fir Street is wide with lots of available street parking. The neighbourhood quiet, safe and close to schools, parks and public transport. Cottonwood Park is across the street with a playground, toboggan hill, soccer field and a fenced dog park for free play. Don't be surprised to see a photographer taking wedding or family photo's or a local yoga or karate studio having a class in the park in front of the house.
