Silvia's Place is located in the heart of Cagliari, in the San Benedetto area. One bedroom for two guests with private bathroom and the other for two more guests with his own bathroom, make this place ideal for 2+2 people, and the spacious living room and the wide terrace make up for an incredible stay. Close to the local market and shops, my place is perfect to blend in with the locals, but provide you with an oasis in the sky to regenerate from everyday life, while enjoying Cagliari at 360º.

Nel residence Geremeas mare (45 km da aeroporto): appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino privato, composto da ingresso, salone con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia , veranda con terrazza vista mare (privati) dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali, ulteriore terrazzino (privato) sulla spiaggia (e' il terrazzo più vicino in assoluto alla spiaggia ) .

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. Ristrutturata nel 2024, si trova al centro di Assemini, a 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria, e all'interno di uno spazio condiviso al quale accedere con portoncino automatico. L'alloggio è dotato di Wi-Fi, lavastoviglie, tv 43 pollici, e un giardino con doccia solare e barbecue.
