The 100 m² apartment is located on the first floor of an old, newly renovated city villa. The apartment has a special flair thanks to the 3.5 meter high walls and the light-flooded rooms. If you want to relax, this is the right place for you. The historic town square of Steyr with boutiques and restaurants, as well as the local recreation area on the river are only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Die Wohnung hat 66 m2 und ist neu renoviert, ruhig und zentral (alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar), gelegen im Kurort Bad Hall. Die Wohnung liegt in der 2-ten Etage, hat einen Balkon und ist mittels Lift erreichbar. Genießen Sie den Kurpark, der Therme, oder besuchen Sie das Theater. Die Stadt Bad Hall bietet viele Optionen. Ideal wenn Ihr Partner einen Kuraufenthalt hat, eine Hochzeit besuchen (Standesamtnähe), usw... Fahrräder können Sie im barrierefrei zugänglichen Kellerabteil abstellen.

Entspanne dich in unserem urigen Loft in der Voralpenregion Österreichs. Die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub am Land braucht. Der große Essbereich lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein nach einem Tag in der Natur ein. In der kleinen Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Herdplatte kann man sich einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Die Dusche erfrischt nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag, denn die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Outdooraktivitäten.

Komplett neu renovierte, 650 Jahre alte Altstadtwohnung, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt in absoluter Ruhelage im wunderschönen Wehrgraben direkt neben dem Steyrfluss. Besonderheiten sind antike Möbel, Marmorbad mit Fußbodenheizung, originale Holzdielenböden kombiniert mit modernsten Annehmlichkeiten unauffällig in das charmante Ambiente eingebettet. Kostenlose Nutzung von TV, WLAN, Playstation. Aufgrund des Altbaus ist es angenehm kühl, auch in den heißen Sommertagen.

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Steyr nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.
