Large house with easy access to the highway and technopark area. Good greenery around the house and house felt very cool for the humid climate probably due to the trees around. Host Vinod and his father (who stays nearby) are always reachable and quickly respond to requests. On Google maps, use 'Infinity car clinic' as the landmark.

Before check-in itself, Saranya has initiated to contact me and guided the route very well. She has understood our requirements specific for our personal function, and proactively suggested to retain some rooms for additional time with a nominal charge. It was a great chance for a get-together with no surprises. Excellent!!!

I booked this place for my brother’s wedding guests, and it was the perfect choice! The location is super convenient, right on the main roadside, making it easy for everyone to find. The house itself is clean, neat, and has a cozy, homely feel. It was an ideal spot for our group to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place. If you are a group of 5 to 10 this house is the best place for vacation, superpeace full, no crowd at all. the beach is only 20 steps away, you can have some quality evenings with your group. caretaker was polite and helpfull.

This is a beautiful house and you will have all the amenities you will need to cook meals. The location is a bit farther inside so you will have to ensure that you take care of your transportation needs in advance. Highly recommend Sajeev's place for a peaceful and beautiful stay especially for families.

It is a heritage house in a big compound full of greenery. The house is traditional style and it was cool inside even without AC. The helper and the house were prompt in assisting and guiding with all the things. Overall a nice memorable stay.

He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, assisting us with local travel arrangements, including booking autos and cars. On his recommendation, we went boating near Poovar, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. We based ourselves at Mary Land for 5 weeks and loved every minute. From the tasty authentic breakfasts to sitting on the terrace chatting to the family and other guests. The property we stayed in is lovely and provided us with plenty of space. The surrounding area was just what we were looking for, restaurants and beaches within walking distance and easy to get to the city when required. We were made welcome wherever we went. The family are fantastic and we really feel that they enjoy having guests. You do hear the church but after a while it is just a noise you get used to. We had the best time.
