As soon as you get to the House Major72, you can see the private pool located in "es corral" the typical sunny patio in Mallorca. On the ground floor there's a living-room, toilet, complete kitchen with dining-table, laundry, outer dining area with BBQ, pool and solarium. On the 1st floor there's a hall and 2 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The 2nd floor has a majestic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living-room and private balcony. All the bedrooms have doors and a/c.

C'an Felip

A las afueras de Artà, a tan solo 2,5 km del pueblo, se encuentra C’an Felip, una casa ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajantes en familia, perfecta para viajar con niños. Distribuida en una sola planta, ofrece un espacio amplio, cómodo y de diseño moderno, con dos zonas diferenciadas. La zona de día es luminosa y acogedora, ideal para compartir. La zona de noche dispone de un estudio, un baño, un dormitorio y una suite con vestidor y baño. Es una opción perfecta para familias.

Casa construida en 1925 por su propietario piedra a piedra, reformada, pero manteniendo su encanto original. En la planta baja encontramos una habitación doble, salón comedor abierto, con techos altos y bigas de madera, cocina, baño y coladuría. En la 2ª planta 1 sala para relajarse o trabaja, un baño, 2 habitaciones dobles, 1 con vestidor. Consta de un pequeño patio desde el cual se accede por una escalera al solarium. La Villa Es Garrover esta ubicada en la falda de una montaña con vistas al mar. Es el punto ideal de salida para hacer senderismo. Hay una vía verde de unos 30 km que une los pueblos más cercanos. También hay unas playas maravillosas de arena blanca a unos 800m. En la zona dispone de restaurantes, zonas comerciales, y también ambiente nocturno. En esta zona disponemos de cinco campos de Golf todos ellos en un radio de 15 km. Para los amantes del tennis tenemos varios Clubs.
