Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

Precioso estudio de 35m2 a 800m del centro del pintoresco pueblo de Álora. Tendrás maravillosas vistas del pueblo, su castillo árabe y el Valle del Guadalhorce. A 20 minutos en coche, está El Chorro y el Caminito del Rey y, desde aquí, empiezan algunas de las mejores rutas para pasear de la zona. El apartamento tiene entrada independiente y acceso directo a la piscina y la barbacoa. Yo vivo en la casa grande, al otro lado del patio, y estaré a tu disposición para todo lo que necesites.

Consta de salón-habitación, cocina americana totalmente equipada (vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, utensilios), habitación con dos camas y baño completo. Se incluyen sábanas y toallas. En la parte delantera el apartamento podrá disfrutar de barbacoa privada.
