Historic old basement apartment In Victorian townhouse where “Take Me Home, Country Roads” was written by John Denver. There are publications about this available. It is completely separated, has one bedroom, one bathroom, family room and huge kitchen. It has washer/dryer, TV/Internet and AC/heating units in each room. Second bed onetime fee is $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No additional cleaning fees. The entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist.

This studio is a SUPER CLEAN & newer constructed (2018) apt above our attached garage fully separate from the main house with a private entrance. This well-designed space features a queen bed, full kitchen and living room, full bath, washer/dryer, and plenty of built in hidden storage spaces (including in the floor, steps, and bedroom dividing wall). There is ample street parking all around the house. Come enjoy this ultra quiet cozy apartment as your perfect home away from home!!

Apt 1 BR Arlington 1 mi to metro 10 min drive DC

Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

Art filled studio guest suite on quiet wooded lot. Minutes from DC yet feels amazingly private. Enter through charming tiled gate into private patio. Great sleep experience with hypo-allergic organic bedding. Perfect for romantic getaway or base for tourism. Bookshelves stacked with guidebooks and games. Off street parking. South Arlington known for diversity, ethnic restaurants and Amazon HQ2. Close to bus/metro and we comply with AirBnB's COVID-19 cleaning protocol.

Walk to Georgetown - Glover Park Guest Suite

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.
