Located on a quiet residential street, the private 2 bed/2 bath flat is the perfect pied-à-terre from which you can explore The District. No detail has been overlooked inside the apartment, and when you step outside you are a few blocks from the world class dining and boutique shopping of Georgetown, or a 15 minute walk to the center of Dupont Circle.

Apt 1 BR Arlington 1 mi to metro 10 min drive DC

Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

Art filled studio guest suite on quiet wooded lot. Minutes from DC yet feels amazingly private. Enter through charming tiled gate into private patio. Great sleep experience with hypo-allergic organic bedding. Perfect for romantic getaway or base for tourism. Bookshelves stacked with guidebooks and games. Off street parking. South Arlington known for diversity, ethnic restaurants and Amazon HQ2. Close to bus/metro and we comply with AirBnB's COVID-19 cleaning protocol.

Walk to Georgetown - Glover Park Guest Suite

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Spacious lodgings with a private entrance, one bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and in-unit laundry. Perfect for singles and couples. Biking/walking distance to Down Town, Georgetown, Canal Road Trail and other parks. Excellent commuter access to I-495 and all Airports in the area. Plenty of street parking. 15-20 min from every point in the city. Must See!!

Just 15 minutes to the heart of DC, this fun, safe area is a walker's paradise with plenty of local restaurants, shops, parks and bikepaths making it easy to plan your visit. "The Hideaway" offers Free Parking onsite and is renovated with new appliances and eclectic 1940s adventure decór. Please note, this is a private basement studio apartment in a single family home. We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.

Spacious, clean in-law suite with private entrance and dedicated guest patio in safe neighborhood, 15 mins from DC National Mall, Pentagon, Crystal City, etc. Within 5 mins walk to grocery store, shops, restaurants. Has large bedroom, living room, full bathroom, and kitchenette with on-site parking.
