We are 2 blocks from the metro and a few minutes away (walking) from the National Zoo, dozens of restaurants and cafes, Rock Creek Park and the Omni Shoreham hotel. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for families. For guests wanting nightlife, Adams-Morgan is a 10 min walk away. There's a front porch & garden cafe table. parking,. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, A/C, full kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer all avail exclusively for guests.

Beautiful apartment in basement of house. Private entrance with keypad (no check-in). Large bedroom w/king size bed & separate den w/futon (playpen available). Full kitchen & living room. Full size washer/dryer. Off street (driveway) parking. No smoking. Convenient location in safe, friendly Arlington. Easy transit options to DC. Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

Our home is in historic Mt. Pleasant, and is the perfect place to host a family, small group, or couple looking to visit DC. You'll have the entire 700 square foot basement apartment all to yourself which features 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom. You'll have access to a parking spot which leads directly to a back patio, allowing you to come and go through private entrance. The space is private, well appointed, and comfortable, with easy access to metro/bus.

Fully renovated downstairs unit two bedroom 1 bath. Minutes to Washington, DC, Mount Vernon Virginia, and 2.5 miles to Iwo Jima Mem. All guests have full access to the unit, parking, and may use the backyard if they choose. There is a bus stop within walking distance, with the Clarendon Metro station 1.3 miles away, and the Pentagon City Metro 2.5 miles away. Taxis are abundant, as are the Uber and Uberx drivers. Our duplex is centrally located so transportation is never an issue.

Welcome to our lovely 1 BR English basement apartment in a perfect location for both leafy green surroundings and ease of getting around DC. We are 3 blocks to the Zoo (hello pandas) & Rock Creek Park and close to loads of restaurants! Please note: we have exterior stairs to access the unit. Our newly decorated English basement apt is close to Metro (3 blocks), buses and shopping including a Target. We have all the best of the city and nature just steps from your door.

Enchanted! 1BR Apt near DCA in quiet neighborhood

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.

Enjoy this charming 1br/1ba (sleeps 2-4+) English Basement apartment with private entrance in a historic 1890 Townhouse within walking distance of Dupont Circle, Logan Circle and the U Street Corridor. This tastefully furnished apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, plus several inflatable beds of various sizes. It's a perfect location for a business trip or a visit to DC's many incredible sites. And there's no cleaning fee!

Fantastic, renovated private 700-square foot studio space in beautiful Mt. Pleasant. The bedroom area is private. Bucolic neighborhood bordering National Zoo, Rock Creek Park, Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan and Cleveland Park. Stroll to farmer's market, biking/hiking trails, shops, groceries and restaurants. Excellent access to all of DC’s highlights via 16th Street bus and nearby metro. There's a queen bed.
