O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e luminoso, com localização central, 10 minutos a pé da estação de metro (directo para o aeroporto), do centro da cidade e da zona comercial (Rua de Santa Catarina). Localizado a uma curta distância da Sé Catedral e da Avenida dos Aliados. O apartamento tem três quartos duplos e duas casas de banho (com chuveiro), uma sala de estar/jantar/cozinha (equipada com frigorífico, fogão, forno, microondas e máquina de lavar roupa), com uma agradável varanda. Está também equipado com televisão com canais internacionais e acesso à Internet.
