Kassiopeia Villa is located about 5 km from the picturesque town of Chania and 8 km from the nearest sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes' drive. A car is recommended for your stay.

Ενα ήσυχο σπίτι 60τμ στο χωριό των Λάκκων, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Welcome at the Panorama Sea View Apartment. As its name suggests, it is an apartment with a panoramic breathtaking sea view of Souda Bay. It is located in a 4-apartment building, which was built by my grandfather with much love and completed by my father and my uncle in the late 1980. It was completely renovated by me, in 2022 with care and very personal work. It is a house ideal for couples who love romance, tranquility and are looking for something special for their holidays.

Moments

Moments villa is a detached house which offers privacy, comfort and incredible sea and mountain views, along with a large garden around the house. It is located in nature and trees but also very close to the national road for direct access by car to the national network. The closest house is located 300 meters away, thus offering unique privacy. Near there are popular beaches, this property boasts air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and on-site private parking for guests.

THE VILLA WAS BUILT IN 2021.The villa is located at the entrance of Kalyves, a popular coastal resort in northwest Crete. Kalyves is a small, cozy place where Greek traditions are still maintained and where everything is offered for a wonderful holiday experience. A Super Market is located 200 meters away, where you can find everything you need. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, taverns and café but also spend your day at the crystal beach nearby (150m away).

Πάνω σε λόφο με ελιές και πανοραμική θέα τα Λευκά Όρη και το Αιγαίο, τα μπαλκόνια σας προσφέρουν μια μοναδική αίσθηση γαλήνης. Η απόσταση από την είσοδο στην εθνική Οδό Χανίων-Ηρακλείου είναι μικρότερη από 2 λεπτά οδήγησης, από το λιμάνι της Σούδας απέχει περίπου 5 λεπτά οδήγησης, από την πόλη των Χανίων 15 λεπτά και από το αεροδρόμιο 30 λεπτά.
