The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Our Hornby pod is one of 4 luxury pods we have on our quiet, adults only site. Overlooking the Cleveland’s hills, you can kick back and relax whilst taking in the beautiful North Yorkshire scenery. It consists of a double bed, kitchenette, tv, WiFi, sofa bed, table & chairs and an en-suite bathroom with power shower. There is outdoor seating on your private patio too! All towels and bed linen are provided. Please note - our Hornby pod DOES NOT have a hot tub.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our double en-suite annex room has a private entrance and parking for 2 cars. A perfect countryside get away, right on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire National Park. Great location for the Cleveland Way, mountain biking and forestry walks. We’re close to both the historic towns of Thirsk & Northallerton for retail therapy & fabulously famous afternoon tea!

Layfield Lodge

This modern yet cosy self contained open plan annexe is perfect if you want to enjoy what Yarm has to offer. It’s a short 0.4 mile walk to the heart of the high street which is filled with boutique shops, restaurants, cafes & bars – it’s easy to see why it was named the winner of the 2020 Rising Star award at the Great British High Street Awards. Plenty of off-street secure parking also available at the property.
