Only minutes away to the other side of the lake to ski slopes, restaurants and shops. Fawnskin is surrounded by forest. Set in a quiet family neighborhood, this is NOT a party house--respectful noise levels are a must, violations are enforced. Our large family friendly home is located a few minutes from Snow Summit Ski Resort & just a couple streets from the Big Bear Lake. Our home was built to accommodate large families/groups & everything was purchased new when we rebuilt our home. We supply the sheets, towels, cookware, dishes & every appliance you can imagine. Great LOCATION.. WIFI + SPA + CABLE+ HD TV + Pet Friendly + LAUNDRY + GREAT ROOM. Close proximity to the LAKE, Ski/ Snowboard, Village and Alpine Slide. This Cabin is Pottery Barn decorated with all major amenities, including Laundry, Spa/ Jacuzzi, Plasma TVs in every room. Loads of family friendly activities nearby (Lake, Snow Summit, Village, Alpine Slide, Brewery). My Cabin is Excellent for 1-2 couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets ($50 each).

Lakeview cabin great for kids/families. LC 20160161. . Warm, open feel with views across lake to observatory and mountains. Play structure, toys, bikes, smoker. Pinball, ping pong, decks. Kitchen has large oven two sinks. Seating for 12 at dining room. Due to low lake level, water is 200 yds away. Lakefront only at full capacity. Max 10 adults/14 total including children. Abuts park with zipline and baseball fields and dog area right in back to the left. Lake is to the right.

SKI/IN-SKI/OUT: Large & Spacious + GAME ROOM + Spa

So LARGE & SPACIOUS! BEST location in Big Bear! SKI/IN-SKI/OUT thru Backyard. Shuttle to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain is just out the backdoor. Morning walks to Starbucks are a tradition, and 1/2 block walk to Walgreen's for "whatever?" is always fun! Kids safely scooter and ride bikes around flat residential neighborhood, restaurants are only a 2 min walk. The village for movies/shops/restaurants is within a mile. The lake, hiking/biking trails all within a few blocks. BEST LOCATION!
