Cosy 3 bedrooms apart by the lake with parking

Spacious and quiet apartment decorated with taste at only 5 minutes by foot by the lake. We have 3 comfortable and cosy bedrooms with 3 double beds of 160x200cm and 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A wine cellar fridge for wine lovers and a dish washer will ease up your stay. The washing machine is in the apartment and free of charge. A bus stop is just in front of the building for an easy access.

Appartement de 55 m2 lumineux, rénové récemment, avec 2 chambres séparées, balcon, local a ski, garage et place de parking. Il est situé sur le flanc ensoleillé, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville et la piste olympique de Morzine. Le wifi permet l’accès à 180 chaînes télé. La cuisine est équipée de plaques à induction, d’un micro ondes, d’un lave vaisselle, et d’une machine à laver le linge. La salle de bains possède douche et baignoire. Les 2 lits de la 2eme chambre peuvent se coller.

Apartment in a recently renovated barn. Great location for all seasons. Ski to the door in good conditions , Ideal access to Europe's largest mountain bike area and situated on the mythical Joux Plane Tour de France 2023 route for roadies. Peaceful location with stunning views, just 15 minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Morzine, with ski bus stop 10m away. Wonderful hikes in the surrounding mountains. 5 minute walk to Nyon cascades Starlink wifi, TV

Beautiful apartment in the city center, close to transport , shops, CHUV hospital and metro l'Ours (2 minutes by walk). Terrace with a magnificent view of the city , the cathedral and the lake. The apartament has a bedroom with a king size bed , a sofa and a sofa bed for one person in the living room , a bathroom with bathtub , a kitchen and an amazing terrace.
