North Phoenix Casita. Private entrance with studio hotel style room. Queen bed with walk in closet and Roku TV. Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker and toaster. Room has dedicated AC and water heater. Full bathroom with shower. Scenic, quiet neighborhood feels out of the way, but only 4mi to I-17 and 10mi to Cave Creek and 5mi from Ben Avery Shooting Range. Backed up to nature preserve with hiking/mountain bike trails. Trail access point is just one mile away.

Casita Desert Retreat -3 beds-Pool & Hot Tub

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

Desert Paradise Casita

Desert Paradise Casita is located behind our home. We are in North Phoenix with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The casita is private, and you will have the whole place to yourself. It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.

Casa Ayala ~ 3 bdrm 2.5 bath in the desert hills

This 2000 sq ft home offers a little luxury and everything you need for a comfortable stay while enjoying your time in the desert. Keyless entry, WiFi, Roku smart TV, Bose bluetooth speaker allow for effortless access to entry & entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen. Patio space in back allows time for sitting in the afternoon sun while BBQing a meal on the furnished gas grill. Two community pools (one heated) with guest access, as well as parks and playgrounds.
