Walking around the lake is so relaxing we absolutely love it. We love to BBQ on the gas grills and jump in the heated pool or the jacuzzi while we are cooking. There are wonderful restaurants near by Pappadeaux Seafood restaurant and Anzio’s Italian right down the street Castles and Coasters is a lot of fun to Close to the I-17 for easy access statewide

The Hill's Bungalow, a wonderfully charming casita with a separate private entrance and parking. Walk out in the morning, watch the sunrise and sit on the private back porch for sunset. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

While we welcome shorter stays, please be aware that we offer a substantial discounts for 7+ and 30+ day stays. If you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, horses, or UTV/ATV riding, this is the location for you. With McDowell Mountain Park and Brown’s Ranch a short bike ride away, this property has access to some of the finest hiking and mountain bike trails in the state. In addition, properly registered UTV/ATV can ride into the Tonto from this location without having to trailer.
