Waterfront home on the Bay

Home is located directly on the Chesapeake Bay with beautiful sunrises and moonrises over the water. 20-25 minutes from Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Great for couples and families. The home has unlimited water views from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to Tilghman Island. Watch the watermen check their crab pots. Watch the sailboat races on Wednesday evening and the weekend. Located in a community with water access and a neighborhood playground. Beverly Triton Nature Park a short walk away.

Bring A Boat! Waterfront home-w/basement apt+dock!

Private entrance to newly renovated, large basement studio apartment w/ kitchenette and full bath. Private outdoor patio w/ grill, and outdoor furniture. One queen and one double bed. Private dock and slip (suitable for motor craft up to 30'). 3 minute walk to community beach/boat launch. Enjoy boating on the Magothy river, or a 10-15 min drive to downtown Annapolis/USNA (25 by boat), 35 min to DC, 40 min to Baltimore, 25-30 min to BWI airport. Lots of local shopping and waterfront restaurants.

This waterfront home is perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway on the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy the large wrap-around screened in porch and private pier with ladder for easy access for swimming. Large yard, and an incredible view of the Bay Bridge. Free public boat ramp 5 min away in Parish Creek. Listed for 8 people max but contact us for approval of 1-2 more.

Country House on the Bay

My home (owner occupied/shared) sports a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay with access to the beach. The home is spacious with a family, dining, breakfast and living room. Significant kitchen space is available with all of the cookware and place settings you would need for a meal. The master bath is handicapped accessible. My deck can be used for cookouts and relaxation. Hosting a gathering - lets talk- my home is perfect for celebrations. Close to Annapolis & Naval Academy.

This is a private over the garage apartment located in Cape St Claire, about 5 miles from downtown Annapolis, 2 miles to the Bay Bridge. Private entrance, on site parking, 1- 2 guests. We encourage our guests to enjoy the large back yard patio with magnificent views of the Magothy River and Chesapeake Bay ! Approximately 30 miles to Washington, and Baltimore. 30 minutes to BWI airport. TV and internet. A community beaches just a short walk away. ADULTS ONLY, NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Private Cottage on gated estate

Completely remodeled guest cottage on gated, private estate. Home is located just minutes from Eastport, Downtown Annapolis, and the Naval Academy. (4.7 miles to the main gate). We are on a private well but we have installed a state of the art water softener, filtration system, and a blue light bacteria zapper. Home and grounds are kid friendly offering amply outside play space and a multipurpose sports court. Third bedroom of home has a full-sized crib, baby gates, and a twin bed.
