Situated 6 km from Glendalough and surrounded by hiking trails it is the home of artist Patrick Walshe and his wife Rosalind. Set back from a quiet country road, 4km from the villages of Laragh and Rathdrum, 1 hr from Dublin, it is ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Ireland. Enjoy relaxing in the garden also. Own transport needed.

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

Set on the grounds of a 200 acre working farm, Park Lodge Cottage dates back to 1760. This newly renovated cottage has maintained the handcrafted oak trusses originally sourced from Coolattin estate, making this an impressive and welcoming space. Set in Tidy Towns award winning Aughrim Village, Co Wicklow, 1 hr from Dublin, this charming former estate workers house, built 1893, has been redesigned sympathetically and simply decorated to create a charming get away. Accommodation: 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), a single bedroom, living room and kitchen and bathroom and utility space. NOTE Celings are low upstairs. We can comfortably accommodate 2 couples or a couple and up to 3 children with a pull out bed.
