We had a great time! Even though Property is located in gated society, one would get enough privacy & comfort to enjoy in your property! Talking about the host Shreya.. Shreya was welcoming and was always there for queries & doubts. Hosts are responsive and available.. Self-check in option was also pretty convenient. Overall would definitely recommend!!

Room was quite clean and located in peaceful place.

The place is exactly as shown in the picture. Place is Calm and a very good place to stay . Recommended stay in North Bangalore.

The place looked just the pictures. Perfect for long term stay with all amenities you could need. Very spacious and one of the better Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Sagar was quick to respond and very helpful.

We had come with a group of 6 people. I must say this was the best place to enjoy connected to near by beach colva .The room was clean and aesthetic. Owner was also really helpful and humble. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will recommend this to my friends as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Laqshya's place. It was exactly as depicted in the images and included all the necessary amenities, such as a washing machine, iron, dryer, and fridge. The host was friendly and polite, and Raju was also there to assist with daily household needs.

Very minimal room with all the essentials. A beautiful cafe hosted by them. Overall great experience. Would surely recommend.

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

Amazing location. The Airbnb provided with different facilities. It's a good option for a long stay. All workers in Build3 are very nice and welcoming, you will feel part of a community. Price is fair for the location and for being able to use the Blue Villa. Amazing time in Build3

We came to Goa with a few friends to celebrate a special occasion, and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. This spot near Candolim Beach was such a gem! The rooms were super cozy with really nice vibes, good Wi-Fi, TV, and super clean bathrooms—which we really appreciated. The location is also a big win—just a short walk/drive to Candolim Beach, and really close to some great food joints and supermarkets. Everything we needed was right around the corner. Needless to say, you have blinkit instamart available as well. The swimming pool was awesome too—well maintained and just perfect for chilling and having fun. Huge shoutout to Aankita, our amazing host! She’s a true Superhost—super helpful, always responsive, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She made the whole experience feel super memorable. If you’re planning a trip to Goa, don’t even think twice—just book this place. You’ll love it. Happy Travelling ! ♥️

Good locality and stay. We have stayed 5 days with 15 months old kid. We have got enough support for Host Hitesh and manager Devendar. They are always available and approachable for any support.

Host was very welcoming. Rooms were as listed. Walkable distance from Calangute beach.

It’s nice to be hosted by Ankita, she is very sweet and soft spoken. We had a great time at their place. Location wise bnb is good you can find many good cafes and restros at a walkable distance . And if you struggle to plan things out try to reach ankita she will guide you well.

We absolutely loved our stay there. The watchman said they had no idea as to what Nistula is so we initially thought we'd come to the wrong place, but on contacting them they reverted immediately and we were greeted for check in. At check in they gave us some super refreshing and cold coconut juice which hit the spot perfectly. the staff helped us with our bags and made check in very smooth. throughout the staff was very courteous and prompt. tea was good, fruit plate quantity and quality was good. the pool was clean and we had a great time, they actually tried helping us find things we can play with in the pool. check out was also super easy and timely. wifi worked great and they had Netflix which was awesome. they were also very sweet about our room cleaning and our stuff was safe even though we were not present when the staff cleaned our room. all in all loved the stay and would return.

We had an amazing stay at this property, as it was a girls trip we wanted something secure, security wise this society is one of the best I would stay. very clean home with daily requirements. The host & caretaker is always available over call, place actually felt like home. will surely visit next time.

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place.
