A stone barn converted to a high standard semi-detached dormer bungalow, in the grounds of the owners home on a working farm, 6 miles from Dolgellau, 13 miles from Bala ,14 miles away from Barmouth. We are situated just off the main road through Pentreath, making us easily accessible from the A55 and ideally situated for exploring the island. A semi-detached bungalow set in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, comprising Hall, Lounge, Kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and 2 bedrooms. We have converted the attic space into a kids play room with games, toys, Nintendo Wii, books etc. A private driveway and enclosed garden makes it an ideal base for walkers, couples & families.

A cosy and spacious 1 bedroomed recently renovated detached stable block, set in the peaceful little village of Llanddoged, which is 6 miles away from Betws-y-Coed and 15 miles from Llandudno and the coast. Fantastic views of the mountains and valley speak for itself, in all the Seasons. Cottage consists of bedroom (double), living room, kitchen and bathroom with plenty of outdoor space to fully appreciate the stunning location. Ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Fully refurbished holiday cottage in Rhosneigr

A lovely airy newly refurbished bungalow within a short walk to the restaurants, village shops and the two Sandy beaches. This cottage has two good sized bedrooms sleeping five people The kitchen is fully equipped and open to both the lounge and dining area. We have a garage for storage of bikes and water sports equipment (by separate arrangement) and drive for two vehicles and on street parking aplenty.
