Η θάλασσα, ο Φάρος, ο υδροβιότοπος και οι αλυκές απέχουν λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το αεροδρόμιο απέχει μόνο 20 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο, ενώ,το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης 30 λεπτα με αυτοκίνητο.
