Our stylish newly renovated apartment on the second floor of a century-old building in the city center offers to the guests the full range of modern facilities combined with the charm of the historic italian architecture. Una casa di campagna, tanti ulivi, quiete e serenità; la tua vacanza nella Country House La Spineta sarà una piacevole sorpresa. E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
