Firm Twin Platform Bed

Note: The Twin Room shares the upstairs bathroom with 1-2 other guests. There is a private 50” TV in the downstairs living room and a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. We highly recommend that you visit our backyard water features before you leave, which are best viewed at night when the lights are on. Note: 1- No pets of any kind. 2- We have a "shoes off" policy in the house. 3- Since we have other guests, the kitchen for casual use only. NO INDIAN FOOD or spicy cooking is permitted.

Westwood is one of the original “automobile suburbs” in the city featuring lovely homes from the 1920s to 1950s. A canopy of trees surrounds this neighborhood! Step inside, and you will immediately feel that this home has a story to tell.

The Haven With Amazing Location - No Cleaning Fee

Welcome to our little Haven in the heart of W. Knoxville! We invite you to be a guest at our homestead in the city. The house has been recently built. Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

Asian Room

The Asian Room has one full-size bed, writing desk, 32" smart TV and is conveniently located across from the shared bathroom (...shared with 1-2 other guests). There is a keyless door lock on the bedroom door that uses the same access code as the entrance door. Kitchen access is limited to casual use since Scott & Eunni and other guests use it daily. We highly recommend a visit to our backyard water features (when the weather permits) which are best viewed at night when the lights are on.

We invite you to visit our backyard water features before you leave. “Angel Fountain” and “Little Pigeon Water Fall”, best viewed at night when the lights are on. 1- No pets of any kind. 2- We have a shoes off policy in the house. 3- Kitchen is restricted and only available with Host’s permission. (Daily cooking is prohibited.

The Loft Room feels relaxed and private. It has a cozy double bed with a view of the 50" smart TV with Amazon Prime & YouTube free. It also has a private mini fridge and a microwave. Kitchen access is for casual use only. The bathroom is on the main level downstairs, and is "shared" by 1-2 other guests.
