Composta por 2 quartos (com cama de casal), uma sala (com sofá-cama), cozinha equipada, casa-de-banho e um terraço onde pode usufruir do melhor pôr-do-sol da região. The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

This is a quality loft, in which the fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and work area have been designed in an open space floor plan; in addition to having a service WC. On the top floor, in the mezzanine, there is a private bedroom with a double bed, as well as a seating area and two single beds, designed in an “open space” concept with bathroom and shower. This loft is situated right next to the Póvoa Metro station, close to the city centre and only 400 metres from the beach.
