Our Brand new 800 sq. ft suite is 6 minutes from I-15, but you'd never know it. Located in a beautiful, newly built neighborhood, it's the perfect place for business travel or vacation. We have everything you'll need to enjoy your stay! The suite is beneath our living area. We have small children that love to play and can be heard on occasion during the day. However, not a lot of sound travels between our spaces. We guarantee quiet from 10pm-7am. No pets allowed, including service animals.

Easy freeway access, a cul-de-sac, with off-street parking. Located in the basement of our home. We have installed soundproofing throughout the entire space but you will hear our children off and on throughout the day. It will be quiet between the hours of 9:30p-7:30a.
