Comfy sofa with a large TV and WiFi, coffee bar equipped with all the essentials, a spacious kitchen with a fridge and stove, and a large, fenced-in backyard with the most stunning mountain views. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Master bath featuring a massive soaking tub, perfect for relaxing after a busy day skiing or hiking in Utah’s mountains.

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.
