This is a new build apartment fully furnished for a short or long term stay. You will have the whole apartment and a garage to yourself The house is strategically in the center of the city, close to shopping center, Thanksgiving Point and Silicon Slopes. This property is about one mile from the I-15 freeway There is no cleaning or pet fees This apartment has new cabinets and appliance, 3 TV's, High speed internet , Laundry set, Central Air and Heat and everything to make your stay comfortable.

The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
