The house was built by the Kelsey family in the 1930s after seeing the house featured in the 1933 Chicago World's Fair and has been completely renovated. Views of the lake from almost every room. Large area for games on the over one acre lot with firepit and outdoor dining. Deck over the lake with beach area, pontoon boat (fee 3 day notice)4 kayaks

The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.

Located on the Southwest Cove of the 247 Acre All-Sports, which is a popular destination for Swimming and Fishing.

The home is on a spacious corner lot with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, stocked kitchen, central air, washer/dryer, front/back decks. A perfect weekend getaway. Live band every Wednesday in the park during summer months. The home is within walking distance to Tamarack Lake, a 330 acre all sports lake, home of the USA Ice Fishing National Championship. Public boat launch is approximately 4 min drive from home.
