Retreat to a Boho Chic Guesthouse in a Leafy Family Suburb

Get comfy swaying in the macrame hammock in a living room with a Moroccan vibe. Make breakfast in the bright kitchen and snuggle up on a cozy banquette. This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

You'll be walking distance to specialty restaurants and unique shops in an awesome downtown with plenty to do and plenty to see. Living room/Dining, kitchen, front porch & backyard. Perfect spot - friendly neighborhood! Walk to innumerable, grocery, retail coffee shop and dining options. Both Oakley and Hyde Park square are within walking distance. Charming "Urban Farmhouse " vibe- mix of young urban professionals and long time residents.

400 square feet in private guest house above our 2 car garage with all of the amenities. Freshly renovated with new Queen Size Bed and separate living area. Sofa does not pull out but there ate extra linens in the closet if a guest wants to sleep on the sofa. Separate heating & air with quiet view of backyard. Stocked coffee bar. Walk to bars, restaurants, and services on both Hyde Park & Mt. Lookout Square, bus line access. 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.
