You'll have the entire 3 bedroom house with compound to yourself. It is about 26 minutes drive from the Kotoka International Airport. From a review that said it better, "Great villa inside and out with good security and location among friendly locals and various small stores. Only a 5 minute walk to main road with excellent transport links via buses/taxis to other parts of Ghana." *Solar as backup power.
