The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

Hej, Willkommen in der blauen Perle Altona. Eine ruhige, stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung mit einem verwunschenen Garten und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Und dennoch mitten im Geschehen. Die Elbe um die Ecke, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die andere Ecke. Alles da. Ich freue mich, wenn Menschen in meinem Zuhause eine schöne Zeit in Hamburg verbringen.

Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
