Deer Barn -Luxury Barn Conversion, Private Garden!

Wake up to birdsong and peaceful countryside views at Deer Barn, a luxury stable conversion on our family farm beside the Kennet & Avon Canal. Spend slow mornings in your private south-facing garden, wander the canal towpath, explore independent cafes and shops, then return for an evening stargazing beside the BBQ fire pit. Sink into the sofa with a good book and switch off from everyday life (Starlink internet if you want to stay connected!). Dog friendly. Independent and working with wildlife!

Longstones Avebury - Horslip

Interiors are sumptuous medley of natural textures, textured walls, a beautiful sky-high roof lantern above the log burner and glorious drop rattan pendants above the dining area. Embrace a hygge lifestyle in an open plan living and dining space; relax by a roaring fire or cook up a feast in this contemporary burnt orange kitchen space. The master bedroom is light, bright and pretty with freestanding bath at the end of the bed. Our second lovely room can be a king or twin giving you flexibility

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

Bumbles cabin

Situated in the small village of Wilcot 1.8 miles from Pewsey known for one of Wiltshires smallest white horses on Pewsey hill, Bumbles cabin is less than 2 minutes walk to the Kennet and Avon canal, along with many beautiful countryside walks surrounding the village. 5 Minutes walk to the local public house, The golden swan said to be the steepest thatch in Wiltshire! 20 mins to west kennet, 20 mins to Devizes, 14 mins to Marlborough, 14 mins to Avebury stone and 30 mins to Stonehenge.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

One bedroom self- catering house , with parking. The kitchen is fitted with oven ,microwave fridge /freezer, dishwasher.Tea,coffee ,sugar,salt pepper oil provided. Fully central heated There is a very comfy double Hypnos bed with crisp white linen and fluffy towel. The wet room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Stylish getaway in the heart of the Pewsey Vale

This studio loft has been recently refurbished with a stylish yet cosy feel. A perfect retreat with lots of creature comforts to make it the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Perfect for walkers, cyclists or a romantic getaway. Although attached to our house it is completely self contained with a separate entrance and ample parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we do ask that they are kept on leads. We have a secure location available for bicycles.

Rutters Garden Cabin

Cabin set in delightful rural Wiltshire. Great for a cosy weekend away, to work, visit family or just to enjoy beautiful Wiltshire. Close to the house, but not overlooked. Set in our lovely garden on a no through road, just outside of town. Well equipped kitchen and smart TV & WiFi Free off road parking. If you are into wild swimming or paddle boarding, we are 45 mins away from lake 32. Adults only, we are unable to cater for infants, children or pets.
