La Posada de Juan, es una buena opción para vacacionar en Arequipa, muy cerca de la plaza de Armas. Casa está en muy buen estado. todo nuevo y muy limpia. Los padres de Juan muy atentos. Todo perfecto 👌

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue simplemente perfecta. Nuestra anfitriona, fue excepcional en todo momento. Desde el primer contacto, se mostró atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos. ¡Realmente hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa! El lugar es tal y como se ve en las fotos, e incluso mejor. Está impecablemente limpio, es acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La decoración es encantadora, y los detalles que Cintia ha puesto en cada rincón demuestran su dedicación y buen gusto. Además, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar, restaurantes y actividades en la zona. Sin duda, recomendaría este ambiente a cualquiera que busque un lugar especial para descansar y disfrutar. ¡Volveremos sin duda! Gracias, Cintia, por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable.

le lieu et le petit appartement était de toute beauté. c'était très charmant et typique du pérou. cependant, il n'y avait pas de laveuse tel qu'indiqué dans l'annonce. à notre arrivée, il y avait de l'eau dans la cuisine à cause du dégel du frigo qui était débranché. La douche dans la chambre principal était brisé. la porte tombait toute seule. malgré tout ça, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, l'emplacement était parfait.

Jaime war aufgeschlossen, freundlich, wollte was von einem selbst wissen...... Hat gleich von Anfang an erklärt wo was ist, wo die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind..... Leider konnte ich nur 3 Tage bleiben, wäre gerne länger geblieben....aber mein Touristen Visa lief ab für Perú.... aber ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.... sobald ich wieder einreisen kann... Für mich neben Urubamba wo ich ne Art "Ersatzfamilie" füreinen Monate dort fand war es bei Jaime die beste Unterkunft-"zu Hause".... in meinem jetzt 9 Monaten in Baja America ..... Muchas Gracias Para todos, Jaime!!! vemos en verano....

We’ve had a wonderful stay at this historic but fully renovated place in the heart of the old town. The central squire and all tourist attractions are just a couple of blocks away but the thick white volcanic rock walls of the building shield the heat and noise away. The inner courtyard and garden offer a refreshing refuge from the busyness of the street. The room was just beautiful, with high vaulted ceiling, lots of space, comfortable bedding and roomy shower. The staff, including Ana herself, were super attentive and caring. We just loved it, couldn’t recommend higher!

We loved our stay at Bella AQP! It was so clean & comfortable and INCREDIBLY close to all the main city attractions! The staff was so kind and very accommodating to any & all of our needs! The rooftop terrace is very unique and much better than we expected! The complementary breakfast was delicious as well - We will definitely be returning to stay here again!

Jeine Maria’s place was beautiful, clean and very cozy. Room and bathroom were spotless. Very close to city center and also very safe to walk at night. Breakfast in terrace with a beautiful city view is a highlight. I would recommend this place and I will definitely return when I come back to Arequipa.

It is a hotel rather than a typical airbnb type accommodation but all the staff are friendly and helpful and is a value for money. Had a nice stay with my family. They have good and prompt laundry service and also arrange tours which we extensively used and happy with that. They let me check in early for free and charged only a nominal amount for very late checkout

Todo súper bien! El alojamiento es bastante cálido y el personal es muy amable. Terraza muy linda. Solo hubieron un par de ocasiones que había que solicitar que enciendan la terma y arreglaran la señal del televisor, lo atendieron a tiempo y todo bien!

Although I wasn't able to stay at Cynthia's place because our room was occupied by someone who was feeling ill, she was very communicative and coordinated with a hotel about a block away for us to stay at. The new place was very nice and still had all the bells and whistles of the previous reservation.

Great place, just a block from the plaza de armas and awesome hospitality. There are many grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife is very much alive here. We were able to hear the partying from a near by night club, the music went on all night, but it didn’t bother us at all. Might not be for you if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, it’s a great value. Recommended for sure.

Wonderful place to stay in Arequipa. It’s a short walk to the centre which was perfect. A park very close by also provides a time out from the busy city. Room was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast lovely. Would recommend.

El lugar es muy limpio y con buena ubicación. Lo único que deberían aclarar es que el desayuno no está incluido cuando el alojamiento se reserva por Airbnb
