Our goal was to get out of the city into nature and enjoy a peaceful weekend with a group of six people. For this purpose, David's place was just perfect. The property as well as the house are beautiful and cozy, and we felt at home right away. It was exactly what we were looking for, right in the nature. Beyond that, there are amazing hiking possibilities starting right from the house. Parking for two cars was no issue. The check-in and check-out went flawless. And David was always responsive if we needed anything. I'm sure we'll visit again, whenever we're looking for such an experience again.

Karin's place is absolutely lovely and was ideal for our family (4 persons). The house was very clean and had everything we needed . The attention to little details makes you feel right at home. Karin was friendly and responsive and quickly handled the one blunder we had (the cleaning lady forgot to leave towels). Would be happy to come back again...

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Weihnachtszeit in Scheffau und verbrachten unser Fest 2024 in diesem traumhaften, idyllischen Häuschen. Bernhard und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und haben sogar einen liebevoll geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum für uns aufgestellt! Zu Silvester stellten sie uns eine Feuerschale zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, mit einer authentischen Einrichtung und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Der kleine Wasserlauf nebenan sorgte für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Ski- und Rodelgebiete sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, was unseren Kindern riesigen Spaß machte! Ein Highlight war das Schwimmbad mit Saunalandschaft, nur 15 Minuten entfernt, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag im Schnee. Bernhard gab uns außerdem viele Tipps für Ausflüge, die unseren Aufenthalt bereicherten. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Familienurlaub und wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Η διαμονή μας στο Σάλτσμπουργκ ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το σπίτι ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Βρισκόταν σε ένα ήσυχο και γραφικό προάστιο, προσφέροντας την ηρεμία που αναζητούσαμε, ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης ήταν εύκολη—μόλις 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν το ισόγειο και το υπόγειο ενός προσεγμένου σπιτιού, εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο. Η οικοδέσποινα μάς περίμενε παρ’ όλο που φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ, με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο, και φρόντισε να μας εξηγήσει όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η διακόσμηση είχε γούστο και ζεστασιά, ενώ ο εξοπλισμός ήταν πλήρης—κυριολεκτικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Το πάρκινγκ ήταν εύκολο και βολικό, είτε στον ιδιωτικό χώρο που μας προοριζόταν είτε απ’ έξω. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με σουπερμάρκετ σε απόσταση 5-10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο και ό,τι χρειάζεσαι κοντά σου. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και νιώσαμε πραγματικά ευγνώμονες γι’ αυτή την εμπειρία. The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

Krásná útulná chata s autentickou horskou atmosférou, která je zároveň i komfortní. můžete si vybrat jestli rozdělat oheň v kachlových kamnech nebo využívat elektrické topení. Vybavení je vkusné v horském duchu, vše je pohodlné. Dostupné je vše co během pobytu potřebujete k údržbě domácnosti. Hans komunikuje rychle a je velmi vstřícný. Pripravil podrobný manuál, kde je vše detailně popsáno. Celkově jsme se v chatě citili skvěle a pobyt jsme si užili :) Doporučujeme pro lyžování ve Schladmingu nebo výlety po okolí!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war rundum perfekt. Jacqueline hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das AirBnb befindet sich im Grünen, mit viel Privatsphäre und Gemütlichkeit zum runterkommen und entspannen. Und auch der Weg nach Salzburg ist nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Reinhard’s apartment was wonderful! We very much enjoyed the sauna, patio and tv. Great proximity to town and the lake. Would highly recommend!

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Min. von der Busshaltestelle zur Innenstadt oder anderer Destinationen entfernt. Sie ist sehr geräumig und hat eine tolle offene Küche mit separater grosser Kochinsel. Aus dem Wohnzimmer kann man auf die Salzach und die umliegende Hügelkette blicken. Bei niedrigen Temperaturen muss man allerdings die beiden zur Verfügung gestellten Radiatoren als weitere Wärmequellen nutzen. Hier reicht die normale Heizung nicht aus um die Umgebungstemperatur auf ein wohliges Niveau zu heben, zumal im Wohnzimmer der größte Heizkörper durch die Couchgarnitur abgeschirmt wird. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit den Kamin im Wohnzimmer zu nutzen. Dieser wärmt nicht nur zusätzlich, sondern ist auch optisch sehr schön anzusehen. Zu empfehlen ist auch den sich auf dem Grundstück vorhandenen Parkplatz mit anzumieten. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umfeld sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln erreichen.

We've had a great time at Elisabeth's place. The apartment had everything that we needed and we felt right at home. Elisabeth's tips and suggestions helped us a lot in planning our days in Bad Aussee and the surrounding ski resorts. This is a place we'll definitely come back to. Thank you Elisabeth.

Die Wohnung war einfach klasse 😀 von hier aus kann man viele Wanderungen unternehmen. Es war alles super ruhig und sauber. Leider konnten wir den tollen Balkon bei den Witterungsverhältnissen nicht nutzen, im Sommer stelle ich mir das aber sehr angenehm vor 😉 vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

We very much enjoyed our stay in Lubica and Milan’s beautiful little apartment. The space was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The little sunny garden was a lovely spot to have dinner each evening. We also requested a cot for our son, and not only was this set up so nicely for him, Lubica also made sure there were toys for him as well (this was such a lovely thought and came in very useful!). As a special treat, cold beer and wine were in the fridge upon arrival, and warm, homemade pastries were delivered for breakfast one morning. We found the location to be very picturesque and peaceful, yet easy enough to get into Salzburg, with bus stops just around the corner. We felt very lucky to find Lubica’s place to stay, and would be lucky to have the opportunity to stay again.

Bernhard's place is an amazing escape in the mountains. With spectacular views and facilitates, it is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Bernhard is kind and helpful. There are great walks around the house too.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Reinholds Wohnung! Sie war sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Salzburg. Nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt kann man hier gut entspannen und die Zeit genießen. Reinhold ist ein sehr herzlicher, weltoffener und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

een zeer proper, aangename woning. perfecte locatie en woning voor een familie vakantie met een grote groep. alles is tip top inorde. Robert is een zeer vriendelijke en beleefde host. we kregen meteen een warm en huiselijk gevoel bij aankomst. zeker een aanrader!

La casa de Román es hermosa, amplia, cómoda y calentita. Tiene tres niveles, tres amplios dormitorios, con muebles vacíos para guardar, dos dormitorios comparten un balcón, hay tres baños, un escritorio, despensa con muchos y variados electrodomésticos, muchísimo menaje. varios juegos de mesa, es ideal. La zona de la piscina interior tiene un mini jardín interior, con mesitas y reposeras. Recibimos la casa impecable, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más! Fuimos por navidad y hasta moldes de galletas nos facilitaron. El entorno es bellísimo, las vistas increíbles, teníamos vacas y hasta caballos de vecinos. La casa tiene terraza con comedor exterior, dos trineos y al lado una colina por donde nos deslizamos en la nieve. (casi es el patio de la casa). Ladau está a 20 minutos en auto de Salzburg, de fácil y rápida conexión. Gracias Román, disfrutamos tu casa. Volveremos

An amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house was cozy, and the little touches—like fresh towels, bathroom amenities , and local recommendations—made it feel extra special. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Joy was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and so thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place is exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed. We had no issues finding it, it was all clear with the instructions. The hosts were friendly. The area is beautiful, with lots to do.

Most appreciated the proactiveness and personal touches. As we arrived late ar 5pm on Saturday, Christina offerred and helped fill the fridge with our needed breakfast groceries for weekends (shops closed on Sunday). Also helped me buy a sachetorte birthday cake for one of our member. The Hosts surprised us with a birthday greeting card and small gift. Jurgen was on site to welcome and showed us facilities and equipment of the Villa. Gave helpful tips on excursions and best restaurants. We had best days of sightseeing and enjoyed the foods.

Die Unterkunft war toll, genau so wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert. Gerne wieder. :)

Eine absolute Traumunterkunft!!! Das Haus von Anne ist einfach wunderschön und eignet sich ideal für einen Kurzurlaub im schönen Gmunden. Das Haus, welches Holz mit modernem Industrial-Design vereint, ist einfach unglaublich schön. Alles sehr neu eingerichtet und vom Haus, als auch von der Terasse, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See und über Gmunden. Insbesondere für den Silvesterabend war dies unser Highlight. Die Ausstattung des Hauses übertrifft den Standard und ist sehr gehoben. Von der Feuerschale im Garten, über den schlüssellosen Eintritt, bis hin zu 3 wunderschönen Schlafzimmern und einer top modernen Küche - wirklich bis ins Detail top modern und hochqualitativ. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war herausragend - so bekamen wir proaktiv tolle Tipps für Schneeschuhwandern und anderen Ausflugszielen sowie Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
