Meine Unterkunft (ca 68 m2) befindet sich im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, direkt neben dem wunderschönen Augarten-Park im 5. Stock mit Lift eines Wohnkomplexes, in ruhiger Lage. Riesenrad und Prater sind nicht weit, U-Bahn U2 zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Sie werden meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, aber verkehrsgünstigen Lage. Sie können auch in 20 Minuten in den 1. Bezirk (Stephansdom) gehen. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen auch ein drittes Zimmer (bzw. ein zweites Schlafzimmer) Für 20€ extra pro Nacht an.

Top ausgestattete, brandneue 50m2 Wohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Das Highlight ist das Pool auf dem Dach im 31. Stock mit Blick über ganz Wien. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und modern möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Nespresso Maschine, Küche mit allen Geräten, großer Smart TV, schnelles WLAN, Waschmaschine etc. In nur 7 Minuten erreicht man man die Wiener Innenstadt. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Städtetrip. Die nächste Haltestelle ist nur 50 meter entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist im lebendigen und multikulturellen zehnten Wiener Gemeindebezirk gelegen und ist jetzt für Sie verfügbar. Das Apartement ist im Dachgeschoß und wurde im Dezember 2015 komplett neu renoviert. Die Wohnung ist nur 600m zu Fuß entfernt von der U1 Station Reumannplatz, welche Sie innerhalb von 7-9min (4-5 Haltestellen) zum Karlsplatz und Stephansplatz, ins Zentrum von Wien bringt. In Gehdistanz (1,2km) erreichen Sie auch den Hauptbahnhof.

Praterloft 35 (WU Campus, Messe)

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme. There are 14ft vaulted ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. The flats are furnished with a mix of antiques and modern classics and even custom made pieces.
