This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. We booked here as a last minute decision to go away for the night and I am so glad we did. The most beautiful home and most refreshing pool with this heat. Anthony and Anjil are such terrific hosts and I couldn’t recommend their home more!

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was blissful! Incredible place, fantastic views and hosts everything you need - even complementary breakfast hamper! Love the location. Saw kangaroos grazing in the morning and various wildlife. Decor was on point complementing the stonework and great build! Will 100% come back… Jacqui was an incredible host, thank you!

The photos of this place don't do it justice. It's really lovely and decorated so tastefully. The check in instructions were clear and easy, and our hosts were lovely and kind. An easy walk to the general store and pub, breakfast out on the deck, excellent and easy to use technology, and a really peaceful and lovely stay. Thank you for having us!

We had an excellent stay at this accommodation—it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A special thanks to Kaye, who looked after us so well. She was kind, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

The noise and inconvenience of the massive building operation across the road. Otherwise it was comfortable and suited our needs to be near our relatives for the special occasion

Had my daughters 21st here. The best place to have a party without worring about noise restrictions. We had music blasting outside and karaoke going on inside till 5am. This place is such a vibe. Everyone asking about it and complimenting the place. Matt was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us a thorough walk thorough with everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend for your next event! You will not regret it 💯🔥

Loved our family stay at Frankie and Gills in Kew! A beautiful home with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay very easy. A great space for kids with plenty of beds to choose from and toys to play with. Easy walks to playgrounds/parks and an easy drive/uber to the Fairfield boathouse where we attended a family wedding during our stay.

We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, close to Tram and Acland St. It was perfect for hosting 2 kids and my parents, everyone had their place. Kitchen was very welcoming.

Excellent location, pleasant and comfortable..

1ヶ月半ほど滞在しましたが、建物はトラム乗り場のすぐ横で中心部へのアクセスが良く、価格はリーズナブルです。共用部分は定期的に清掃してくれます。ホストのコミュニケーションは的確で、問題が発生した際に迅速に対応してくれました。

Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

Such a lovely place to chill out for a couple of days! Gorgeous garden, comfy bed, neat kitchen. Didn't feel like I needed to do anything! Just a note for those that sleep really lightly or really early, you are staying in the bottom half of a family house and you can hear them talking and I'm sure they can hear you, but they were respectful and quiet in the evening and we were in return. Such a lovely leafy area too, and close to so many places, but far enough to be quiet! Just lovely.
