The cottage was previously owned by the Armstrong family owners of Craigside and Bambrugh Castle. In the past its been a post office and a sweet shop. 2 bedroom cottage on our 450 strong alpaca farm. Stunning, peaceful location in the beautiful Tyne Valley. Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. A beautiful, modern and tastefully converted stone barn retaining much of its original character and charm. The Granary is one of 3 holiday cottages converted from the former farm buildings of Bog Mill. Bog Mill is no longer a working farm. All three cottages are completely self contained with each cottage having their own individual garden areas, parking areas and garden furniture. The cottages do not overlook each other or share any facilities.
