Casa Costera - The Coastal House

Located in the heart of Almuñécar Old Town close to the Castillo San Miguel, La Casa Costera is the perfect place for anyone wishing to experience "real Spain". It is a beautifully restored and fantastically equiped town house with some of the most breath-taking views. Featuring two berdooms and bathrooms, a stunning kitchen and amazing roof terrace also with a kitchenette and barbeque. The house has super-fast fibre broadband making it the perfect holiday accomadation or remote-working retreat.

Our townhouse has one of Almunecars best locations. Great views over the sea, town and mountains from the large roof terrace. Close to the picturesque San Miguel castle right in the old part of Almunecar. Three minutes walk to restaurants, bars, and shops, seven minutes walk to the beach. Small supermarket one minute. A house big enough for an extended family or group (five bedrooms, ten beds). A/C in bedrooms and living room, wi-fi, tv, micro, wash machine, dishwasher, parasol and beach stuff.

The new renovated ancient townhouse with private pool is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets. The house has several terraces with spectaculair sea and nature views. The house offers a spacious livingroom with fireplace, big sofa, dining table, relax chairs and desk. Nice well equiped kitchen. 2 bedroom with double beds, bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Very private garden with outdoor kitchen, pool, diningtable, relax chairs and sunbeds

Casa Harley is a recently renovated 4-storey house in the centre of ALMUÑÉCAR, 9 minutes walk from the beach. The house is very close to many excellent local bars and restaurants. The main supermarkets are a few minutes walking distance. The rent is for the whole house and includes a secure garage 5 minutes walk from the house. Please note that this is a multi-level house with stairs and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems and young children would need close supervision

Casa en Urbanización privada, con acceso directo a la playa Marina Playa, a 200 metros del Puerto Marina del Este. Casa en tres plantas, con tres grandes terrazas y cuatro dormitorios. Excelentes vistas al mar y a la montaña, piscina y parking privado comunitario en la misma urbanización. La temporada de piscina es del 1 de junio al 15 se septiembre, y el horario es de 10:00 a 15:00, y de 16:00 a 20:30. La casa cuenta con red wifi privada, Movistar plus y sistema de seguridad.

Intentamos cuidar cada detalle para su comodidad, ¡esperamos su visita! IMPORTANTE a tener en cuenta , acceso por calles no indicadas para personas con movilidad reducida o silla de ruedas.

La casa está abierta al mar y al paisaje. En la primera planta predomina el diseño contemporáneo. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso, con un enfoque minimalista e isleño.
