Cortijo Molino in Almayate consists of a main house with chimney (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) and an independent apartment (1 bedroom, 1 bath) on a private, totally fenced plot of 1000 m² with lawn, lounge areas, terrace, barbecue, pool and panoramic views over the sea. You feel like in the country side but are smack dab in the middle of it.

Se cobra una fianza de 500€ que será devuelto a la finalización y se incluye un gasto de luz de 20kw día.Si el consumo es mayor se cobrará aparte. Está prohibido que entren en la casa personas que no sean los huéspedes así como realizar fiestas y ruido que molesten a los vecinos. No está permitido fumar en el interior

I västra Torre del Mar intill stranden och de bästa beach clubarna ligger den här nybyggda lägenheten med alla faciliteter. Två bekväma sovrum, två badrum och ett vardagsrum och kök i öppen planlösning. Utgång till rymlig terrass. Poolområde och lekplats finns på området. För tillfället byggs fas 3 av denna byggnad. Det kan upplevas störande.

Unser Ferienhaus in Benajarafe liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf das Meer und ist ca. 800m vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben einen Garten und einen großen Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Auf 140 qm haben 6 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer) viel Platz für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
