Gemütliches Ferienhaus an der Ybbs für 3 Personen – ideal für Naturliebhaber! Das charmante Häuschen in einer Sackgasse bietet eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool zur Entspannung. Der Flusszugang liegt in kurzer Distanz und ist leicht unwegsam, jedoch bestens geeignet zum Stand-Up-Paddeln und Schwimmen. Ein kleiner, komplett eingezäunter Garten macht das Haus auch ideal für Gäste mit Hund. Die Anreise ist sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch in nur 1 h 15 min mit dem Auto von Wien möglich

Ideale Aussteigerhütte Dich selbst und die Natur spüren. In der Nähe befinden sich die 3 Lunzer Seen, der Naturpark Ötscher-Tormäuer und wunderschöne Berg- und Wanderrouten ! Rad-Begeisterte finden am Ybbstaler Radweg besonders Gefallen. Mit Canyoning, Rafting und Flying Fox kommen auch Abenteuer-Suchende nicht zu kurz. In den umliegenden Restaurants, Gast- und Wirtshäusern werden sie bestens kulinarisch verwöhnt. Die Zufahrt zur Hütte ist über eine Schotterstraße mit dem Auto möglich.

Ein architektonisch klares, lichtdurchflutetes Apartment inmitten von Wiesen, Wald und Bergen, modern, stilvoll und bewusst reduziert. Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

In dieser geräumigen und besonderen Unterkunft wird sich die ganze Gruppe wohl fühlen. Ihr Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Sie bewohnen das Erdgeschoß des 2-Familien-Hauses. Es erwartet sie eine gut ausgestattete, etwas ins Alter gekommene Küche. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Zwei Doppelzimmer, ein Einzelzimmer und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Im Garten gibt es lauschige Plätzchen, wo man den Sonnenuntergang und die herrliche Aussicht genießen kann.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Es stehen eine Küche mit E-Herd und Elektrobackofen, eine Stube mit Kachelofen, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie 1 WC im Untergeschoß, 1 Doppelzimmer mit Bad (Dusche und WC), ein 5-7-Bett-Zimmer und ein Spiel-/Leseraum (Durchgangszimmer) im Obergeschoß sowie WLAN zur Verfügung. Bewusst wird auf einen Fernseher verzichtet, um den Erholungsfaktor zu erhöhen. Zudem wird auf natürliche Bauweise und naturbehandelte Möbel großen Wert gelegt.

Naturparadies

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Mostviertel, Niederösterreich in Siedlungs-Randlage an einem Hang mit wunderschöner talseitiger Aussicht und Wald bzw. Almwiese rückseitig. Besonders ist hervorzuheben unsere Burgruine, welche als Veranstaltungs-Bühne in den Sommermonaten Verwendung findet. Wir befinden uns genau in der Mitte vom Mostviertel - der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Geldbehebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort.
