Stunning 5 bedrooms, each with ultra-modern en-suite bathrooms, state of the art kitchen, very large terrace with shaded area for eating and sunny area + separate shaded lounge and grill area as well as pool and wooden deck. Also has an office set up with desk, office chair and a large monitor and support for laptop enabling comfortable work from home/ 'Home Office'. 10-15 mins drive from beaches, 5 mins from supermarkets and the main town. when at the house, peacefulness, nature and quiet.

This Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free parking. The villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere. There is air conditioning in the whole house. Step outside and have a barbecue, there is a swimingpool and garden area. In only 10 min. Driving by car you will reach the city center and in 15 min the crystal clear waters of the beaches Alcúdia or Pollença. Swimmingpool dimension are: 13 m long x 6 meters wide. Solo un paseo peatonal separa el mar de la casa. Consta de 232 m2 construidos y una superficie total de 546 m2. Cambios IMPORTANTES 10/2023: Instalación de aire acondicionado en la zona central de casa. En 2019 se instaló la cocina nueva, KAYAK para 4 personas, 2 bicicletas, chimenea de leña, juegos de mesa, BBQ, etc.
