Beautiful Villa with Garden by the Sea

This Charming Villa has belonged to our family for a very long time. Since we all had been living abroad, the Villa had been empty for nearly a decade. In spring 2018, we came back and started a hard but fruitful work of renovation all by ourselves, and now we are ready to offer YOU the opportunity of discover the beauties of Venice setting our Villa as Your warm and cozy shelter. It is only 1 minute walk from Bus Stop and 5 minutes walk for supermarket, restaurants and beautiful public beach.

Detached, fully furnished 85 sqm house compl. restored in 2016, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, entrance, and 200 sqm garden for exclusive use of guests and their pets. Porch with outdoor furniture. Private parking, air conditioning, heating, TV and Wi-Fi free of charge. The house is located in a private closed street, in a quiet residential area and convenient to all services, just 5 min. drive from "Marco Polo" airport and 15 min. by bus or 25 min. by tram to Venice historical center.

MareLuna è una villa immersa nella natura con due camere da letto, grande giardino privato circondato dalla vegetazione, gazebo con sdraio e lettini, ampio portico e due parcheggi coperti. In zona tranquilla e silenziosa, lontana da case e traffico. A pochi passi dalla pineta e vicino alla spiaggia, alla laguna, a Venezia e alle isole. Fornita di tutto il necessario è la soluzione ideale per un soggiorno in totale relax. A pochi minuti in bici da negozi, bar, ristoranti, supermercati e altro.

Casa indipendente a pochi chilometri da Padova e dall'ingresso dell'Autostrada con cui raggiungere facilmente tutte le mete turistiche del Veneto ma nello stesso tempo, tranquilla, vicino naturalistici e per amanti bici. Bellissimo giardino da godersi di giorno e di notte, con una rilassante piscina idromassaggio. Tanti spazi aperti dove rilassarsi e spazi interni dove godersi la tranquillità di una casa calda e accogliente con la magia del caminetto in inverno.

The apartment is on the main floor of an ancient villa on the Riviera del Brenta in the heart of the Veneto region on the outskirts of Padova. You can reach the main tourist cities of Veneto very easily. Venice is 25 minutes by train, Vicenza 30 minutes by train or car, Verona 50 minutes by train or car. You can also reach the Dolomites, the most beautiful Italian mountains, in an hour and a half. Many marine seaside resorts are within a distance of one hour.

Your country villa just outside the city

This cozy villa has been designed to offer you a relaxing retreat just a stone's throw from the city. You'll find everything you need to feel at home, from the well-equipped kitchen to the high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and a double bed (which can be separated into two singles). If you're here for work, there's also a desk. For leisure, we recommend relaxing in the garden with its large gazebo, where you can unwind after a day of exploring.

Villa Giacinti

Located in Padova, the villa "Giacinti" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the kitchen and in all bedrooms, a TV as well as a washing machine.
