You are within minutes of walking distance to almost everything - beaches, restaurants, bars, surfing lessons, boat tours, grocery stores, shopping malls and more. Large wide angle high floor, can better view the scenery out of the window. This unit about 240sqft, 24 hours security measures, can better protect the safety of residents. Downstairs have convenience stores, restaurants, car rental services, ext. can quickly solve the journey problems . There are parking space in the building, you can choose hourly or daily rent. Parking fees are 50 dollars a day.
