Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

Beautiful house close to the sea with a nice walk to Allicante. Nice cosy places to visit 30-40 min driving, for example Gudalest. The location makes it recomended to have a car for use to supermsrkeds etc. Thans for a nice stay, Rune

Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The best apartment ever. We've been there for 5 days. We had pretty good experience at all times there. We lost the keys and they moved so fast and give us help. Online help works all the time and ready to make our trip better, so fast replies.

fantastic place to stay, right on the coastline. easy to walk between the old town and new town of benidorm. very secure building, felt right at home. will definitely be booking again! highly recommend.

A good little spot to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer, and just as described. The area the apartment is in is just off the Rincon De Loix, quite near Lidl, so it's very handy to be able to get a few cheap bits in there for the cupboard (rather than buying from those overpriced convenience stores around the city). It's in a quiet area although we did hear a bit of noise from the other apartments but I suppose this is to be expected, nothing that ruined our holiday though. The bed was comfy, and there was a good sized TV with Premium YouTube etc, and everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, watching the doves flying around while having a coffee, although it does get hot out there once the Sun arcs round and hits it full on (great if you need to dry some clothes though if traveling light). Anyway we had a great time (Benidorm in February, was as good as ever, we saw countless live acts in just a few days) and Chris & Marie kept us informed throughout.

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso . ¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.
