This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with updated kitchen and bathrooms is easy access from I-75 and walking distance to the public swimming beach, Bar and Grill, Topinabee Market, the public boat launch, and North Central Bike and Snowmobile Trail. Come and enjoy this four-season home for all recreational activities the "Up North" life has to offer.

Tree House on Pigeon River

OFF GRID tree house on the Pigeon River. No electricity, running water or heat so it's really a more of a glamping situation. There is a queen bed & also a loft with a full mattress. All lights/fans are battery powered. Hand pump faucet w/ sink in the tree house. The bathroom is an outhouse. There is a fire pit with solar string lights and a 1/10 mile path to the river that ends in a fishing hole with another fire pit and a picnic table. Escape to TreeTops Ayframe, newly built in 2025! The largest traditional Aframe in the world at 2,200 square feet, right on one of the most scenic blue ribbon trout rivers in Michigan, the Pigeon River. On 3 acres with its own peninsula, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a floating third level loft fittingly named the Eagles Nest, unlike anything you've seen. Hop in the hot tub and take in the sounds of the river or cozy up by the fire listening to the vinyl record player.

Enjoy summer days or wintry splendor. We are located in a rustic area of northwest Michigan, 15 miles north of Harbor Springs, within 2 miles of the Tunnel of Trees. We are conveniently located for nature preserves, hiking trails, beautiful beaches, ski slopes, and Mackinaw Island. Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Located TWO MILES from town. 202 Applewood is a one bedroom condo, second floor unit(no elevator) provides a peaceful home away from home. NEW FLOORS AND WASHER/DRYER! Full kitchen for cooking your own meals, or walk 2 minutes to Woods Restaurant. The private deck offers views of beautiful Mackinac sunsets! The loft style bedroom has a queen bed and a second bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa for an extra bed option. No pets allowed. Bike rentals available on site.
