The Lily Pad

Rustic cabin on Echo Lake with 60 ft. of beach, a dock for fishing and a swing for relaxing. Enjoy the sunrise, then enjoy the rest of your day on the beach with a screened in tiki bar equipped with refrigerator and gas grill on the water. Cabin has three bedrooms with queen beds, loft has a California king and a double bed. Loft also has a computer and kids area. Two full baths, outside dining area and a screened in lower deck with refrigerator, ceiling fan and hammock for relaxing.

The Inland Waterway boat launch is within 1 mile, ORV trails are out your back door and walking/biking trails are within minutes. Public beach is within a 5 minute drive. This home provides great indoor space with all the kitchen amenities you might need. Outside space includes a patio with built in fire pit, a Blackstone and electric grill/smoker. A restaurant/bar is within walking distance. 4 kayaks are available for your use, launch located at end of the road - bring life jackets!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A boat dock is available for docking your boat in the canal of the Indian River allowing you to cruise the River and reach Mullett or Burt lakes within minutes. This location is a beautiful, private setting with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy northern Michigan. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.

Tree House on Pigeon River

OFF GRID tree house on the Pigeon River. No electricity, running water or heat so it's really a more of a glamping situation. There is a queen bed & also a loft with a full mattress. All lights/fans are battery powered. Hand pump faucet w/ sink in the tree house. The bathroom is an outhouse. There is a fire pit with solar string lights and a 1/10 mile path to the river that ends in a fishing hole with another fire pit. More photos/videos @treehouseonpigeonriver on insta.
