The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. This beautiful apartment is located near Afantou city, just a 20-minute drive from Rhodes city and the airport. Afantou beach is only 3 minutes away by car. You can easily find supermarkets and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Additionally, there is a bus station across the road, providing easy access to the most famous places in Rhodes. The area is peaceful and has everything you need nearby.

Magnificent view with a large courtyard in front of the house, the sea is about 5 meters away. The indoor space is 90 sq.m and the local area is quiet. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.
