Ajesh sir is a wonderful host. Maps was giving the wrong directions to the Farm Stay (showing a short-cut route), we called Ajaesh sir, and he came to the place where we got stuck and guided us to the place. We booked two cottages, they were very well maintained, they are in the middle of the Plantation and the view is awesome. We spent more time taking Pictures. Ajesh Sir served us a delicious Kerala Appam breakfast. we definitely recommend this place. It's like living close to Nature, birds sound, cool breeze, waterfall sound.. a perfect place!

we as 13 head count friends enjoyed the stay. host and people over the there are extremely helpful. the cook is so kind and accommodate most of our request even multiple times cooked the items based on our request. 1s floor is prefect or friends party and family fun. spacious floor with multiple balcony and proper ventilation. only con(personal) since it is located in valley surrounded by pretty forest. you might have some insect guest. Other than that no issues with stay. even food expense is nominal compare by older experience in other stays.

Nice and comfortable stay at the house . Spacious rooms and surroundings , secure and friendly neighbourhood. House was clean and tidy , Sibi Chettan helped with checking in and home tour. Close to Thodupuzha town and other shopping centres. Good for families and all necessary equipment available. Two out of four rooms have AC, power outages are common in Kerala but the house lacks backup power supply.

Emill is an amazing host. He was proactive to call and check on us as we were late for the check in. He received us personally and gave all the instructions needed for our stay at his place. He also recommended few of the tourists spots we could visit nearby which really helped us. Thank you for hosting us Emil..!! It was a great stay..!!

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a peaceful, private vibe which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. All the amenities were in excellent condition and made the stay super comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout, communication was smooth and timely. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Loved it. Surrounded by lush green hills, a private BnB with all the facilities. Loved the view from the balcony and the cool breeze. The rooms were clean and cozy. The whole place felt warm. Main market is a bit far away (10mins drive), but hey, if we wanted loud market sounds, would have stayed in Delhi. Overall 4.5/5. Would recommend.

This place by the Offbeat crew is exactly as described. The location is the best, there are a few amazing spots around the property such as a natural pool with amazing lighting at night, an incredible balcony perfect for bird watching all times of day and a few stargazing spots at night. The host is more than happy to sort out lunch and dinner as well as planning lovely offbeat days out such as trekking through the jungle or going to secluded waterfalls, completely alone. It really feels like the surroundings are all yours!

Hi Everyone, I really will recommend this place. The house is superb clean with 3 rooms and additional bed as well. Ajay is super friendly. He spend his time to walk & show us the unexplore Waterfall in Munnar. It’s near to the house, but you need to hike to see the beautiful natural Waterfall. The best part of the trip, Ajay’s mom cooking. No words & fantastic. They offered us breakfast & the Dinner meal the mom cook for us, we felt like home. The home cooked were so delicious. Tips to the travellers, the house is in the middle of the Cardamon Plantation. The Journey to the house is 10-15min offroad by 4x4 Jeep. So get all your things before you head to the home. After 15mins ride, you will know it worth the penny you paid. Traveller will definitely will enjoy the ride. Ajay & his family are super friendly and always there for us when we need them. We ask them to prepare the Campfire & BBQ, without any hesitation they prepared for us. It’s additional cost but definitely worth it.

Tobin and team are wonderful. The stay was at a very nice location, though a bit far from the city but had the calmness and peaceful surroundings we were looking for. Tobin was extremely polite and helped us to reach the local attractions and visit the tiger reserve.

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

We were a family of 20 and had gone to the place with a tempo traveler. There was enough space for parking and extra beds were provided to accommodate everyone comfortably.

For a nature lover like me, Joy’s place was just perfect! The house is surrounded by trees, making it peaceful and refreshing. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You get access to most of the villa, except for two locked rooms, but the space is more than sufficient and never felt restrictive. Uncle and Aunty live in the back portion, which was actually reassuring because they were always nearby if we needed anything. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. What truly made this stay special was their warmth and hospitality. Aunty’s food was amazing - she even made North Indian dishes just for us, which made us feel at home. And Uncle was incredibly kind. When I had a minor fall and needed a doctor, he immediately arranged for a checkup and made sure I was okay. Their kindness and generosity made this place more than just accommodation - it truly felt like home. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Rockland Estate was wonderful. The setting was incredibly tranquil. We had our pet dog with us & it was a perfect getaway. The care takers made sure the house was clean & the food homely. Esha our host was always accessible over the phone & made sure we had a lovely stay!

I will book this place again and again without a doubt. Great Hospitality by Abhilash and Gokul, made us feel at home. They went out of their way to make us comfortable in all ways. Extremely beautiful place. Hosts have built an amazing cozy space for visitors and the surroundings are equally beautiful. This was the most peaceful place i stayed in Kerela. Campfire and barbecue were cherry on the cake. Me and my friends throughly enjoyed the stay! I will come back soon 🥳

La maison de Martin et un petit paradis calme au bord d’une rivière baignable et chaude. C’est l’endroit parfait pour déconnecter et se reposer. Martin vous aide pour commander à manger à la maison, donc vous n’êtes même pas obligés d’aller en ville pour dîner ou déjeuner. Il y a 2 chambres et salle de bain bien aménagés, puis un espace pour dormir à l’étage mais nous avons préféré dormir dehors à la belle étoile. Le jardin est parfaitement entretenu, et surtout… il n’y a pas de moustiques ! Allez-y les yeux fermés pour faire une pause de la ville.

Great, peaceful, and private place, amidst a lot of greenery with a river flowing just a few meters away! Ajith and his brother were very helpful and were proactive in communicating about the location, suggestions with good restaurants and tourist places, and on things to do in the area. Went around Christmas time and could enjoy the sight, smells, and sounds of X'mas in Kottayam! :-) Would love to stay at the same place again and would certainly recommend this place to folks who are looking for a wonderful place to stay in this area.

It was a great place with several benefits, cozy place, campfire etc but for a better experience it would be a good idea to arrange food for ourselves.

Initially, we were planning to stay in Munnar, but after seeing the rates and reviews for your homestay, we decided to choose it—and it turned out to be a wonderful decision! The hospitality and care you provided were beyond exceptional. It’s hard to find the right word to describe how well we were treated—it was truly outstanding. One of the highlights of your stay was the PlayStation 5 with a variety of games and multiple controllers. It added so much fun to our evenings as we played with friends. Additionally, the large projection screen in the room, paired with high-speed Wi-Fi, allowed us to enjoy movies like we were in a personal theatre. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft cushions that ensured a perfect night’s sleep. Since it was New Year’s time, we wanted to celebrate by cooking and having a BBQ.
